Demi Lovato Gives Inspiring Anti-Bullying Speech at We Day
Demi Lovato performed at the 2012 We Day event on October 18 in Vancouver.
The singer not only brought down the house with her performance of “Give Your Heart a Break,” but she also used the event to help raise awareness for bullying.
“I have been through a lot of the same issues that I know a lot of you out here are struggling with,” Demi told the crowd. “I wanted to do We Day because I know there is someone out there in this audience who’s being bullied and I know that they need someone to look up to.” Demi later continued, “I want you guys to help spread the awareness of bullying and how serious it is.”
What a great role model! Way to go, Demi!
